Body for Life

Well, I read the Body for Life book by Bill Phillips and I have been trying to follow it to try and get myself into better shape. The first month I showed a lot of progress, but during the second month I seem to have stalled. I'm still working out hard, but I'm not gaining muscle mass. I'm going to try and tweak the workouts to make them less reps with heavier weights. We shall see what happens.


Update from the future! (12/26/2021) You slacked off and gained a lot of weight. Time to get back on the program.
